		The fruit of Elaeagnus Pungens is said to ripen in early summer, so I visited thinking that there might be some immature fruit there, but I was unable to find any. I'm not sure if this is because the tree is declining, if I'm just not looking properly, or if it's just the season. I'll keep watching.

		I came to check to see if there were any flowers in bloom, but I couldn't find any. The tree doesn't seem to be in good shape, but there are some new branches growing, so it should still be fine.
